At Code Crew Labs, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of digital services, we follow the below refund guidelines:

• Before project initiation: Full refund if requested within 3 days of payment.
• After project initiation: Refund will be provided only for unfertilized work hours or unused deliverables, after deducting applicable service charges.
• Completed projects: No refunds will be issued once final deliverables are approved.

All refund requests must be sent in writing to and will be processed within 7–10 business days.
